I would like to be reimbursed for the costs. Sadly for the high price of this stay there was no good experience. We had a rough experience in the dining room which was part of our package as well. The chairs and carts had things running down the sides. When we visited the spa it was not clean and sanitary. The spa service we were told we were getting when i reserved the night was not part of the package and we ended up getting a lower service when we got there. In addition, the furniture was damaged and not i good condition. The room itself was dirty with stained sheets and food spots on the walls. The room we stayed in was unable to be unlocked and we needed help every time to get in. I've attempted to contact the business looking for a resolution and have not been successful. I purchased an overnight package at this spa costing a little over $400.00 in November of 2021.
